• Full-refund cancellations are acceptable by sending an email up to 5 working days before a live event by emailing events@rias.org.uk

• Attendee substitutions are available at any time. Please email the CPD team at events@rias.org.uk

• The RIAS accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions expressed by speakers or any other person at the event

• The RIAS does not endorse any product or service advertised by third party providers

• On entry to a RIAS event, you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules

• The RIAS reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder

• If you come to a live event without a ticket you will be given the chance to purchase a ticket or refused entry
