The RIAS have made further revisions to its Standard Forms of Appointment following feedback received in March of last year.

In this session, Gordon Watson - Project Contracts Manager at Keppie Design, returns to provide an update of key considerations made, addressing points around Schedule of Fees, CDM Regulations & PI Insurance. Additional time will also be spent on explaining changes to the sub-consultant agreement (SCA/S-C/2023).

The event is timed to coincide with the launch of the Small Project Version (ASP/2024) which also features significant additions.

Annotated versions of both documents will be made available along with speaker notes. This once-in-a-year session will allow attendees to keep up to date, share experiences, and help shape the future of later editions.
